The shuttle to Universal was super handy! It saved me a ton on parking. The room had a very useful kitchen. That's a major plus. I had an excellent breakfast. I did not need to look for food early in the morning!
The shower wasn't clean, and the bathroom needed work. I also found that the sofa bed did not have sheets. Some furniture was worn. Many of the outlets didn't work, so I had to charge my phone across the room on the floor.
